We are pleased to announce the twenty-first edition of the Marine Biology Symposium (SBM), a traditional scientific event of the Center for Marine Biology of the University of São Paulo (CEBIMar / USP), dating back to 1982.
The XXI SBM will be held from the 27th to the 30th of November, 2023, and will be a forum for the presentation and discussion of scientific results related to Marine Biology. The XXI SBM will include plenary sessions, short oral communications and poster presentations.
Presentations will cover three main areas: Conservation and related topics, Ecology and Physiology, and Systematics and Evolution. Sessions will be preceded by plenary talks of invited scientists from Brazil and abroad. Due to space restrictions, the event will be limited to 80 participants.
